Balve-Optimum
Of 31st May to 3rd June in 2012 the German championships in show jumping and dressage takes place in Balve. Also for not riding enthusiasts such a big event is quite interesting. The different jumping competitions were really impressive, because the obstacles are not really low. But the dressage tests were anything but boring, especially the appearance of Totilas was of course worth seeing, even though he "only" did the second place!

MAC-Oldtimer
In May 2012 there was the 3rd MAC Oldtimerrally "Around the castle of Hohenlimburg". It participated over 80 vintage cars in different classes, start and finish was the castle in Hohenlimburg. They started by the minute and the participants had to solve different tasks on the 130 kilometer route.

Horse riding day
Last weekend, the annual horse riding day was held on riding club in Hohenlimburg. Marlena makes the second place in the rider competition and the first place in the e-training.

Matches
It is a little time ago that I took these pictures, now I have edited some of them new. The matches were lit with a candle light. For the lighting I used two flashes with softboxes from the front side at a 45° angle and the background was a black textile.

Wrexham Cup
Like every year, on May 1st the traditional Wrexham Cup took place at Märkischer Golf Club in Hagen. I made a few photos of the tournament for the club magazine again.

60th Birthday
Last weekend I had a 60th birthday party photographically accompanied at the Märkischer Golf Club in Hagen. After a 9-hole golf tournament and a beginners golf lesson, the celebration was held in the restaurant.
