For me, the year 2017 was a very successful year, many thanks to all who made it possible! The highlights in this year were in addition to our family holidays in Sweden and Italy, the road trip in Wales. I want to show here again a few of my favorite pictures from this year. Zoom Gelsenkirchen
At the beginning of Ocotber we were at the Zoom Erlebniswelt in Gelsenkirchen. The zoo is divided into three themes: Asia, Africa and Alaska. All three worlds and the enclosures are really great designed. The zoo is really worth a visit!

Wales
In August I went for a few days to Wales. The main locations were the Green Bridge, the Fairy Glen Gorge and the lighthouses at South Stack and Penmon. I also visited a few movie locations, but they were not really impressive. In addition to the landscape photography, I have also made some hiking tours, the best ones were the Cadair Idris and the Pen-Y-Pass to Mount Snowdon. Both hikes were a really great experience. Wales is a very interesting country, the people were very nice and I have seen and experience a lot.

Italy 2017
In July we spent a week in Tuscany. We stayed in a secluded property and explored the area during day trips. We were in San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Pisa and Val d'Orcia.
In August we went on a camping ground in Veneto, north of Venice. The highlight here was of course a day trip by boat to Venice.
It was a nice, relaxing holiday in which we have seen and experienced a lot. Since it was a pure family vacation, I have not really photographed at all, here are a few pictures:
